At the turn of September and October construction works on the first floor level took place. The ceiling over the ground floor has been poured. External walls made of ceramic hollow bricks and a fire wall made of Silka type hollow bricks have been made. There were also reinforced concrete beams, lintels, pillars, walls and a staircase leading to apartments on the upper floors. The ceiling slab above the first floor was set up.
